The data collected through our contact form, WhatsApp and institutional email accounts will be used for:

  • Case viability assessment: Analyzing the technical and legal information for cases involving Civil Liability, Traffic Accidents, Insurance Policy Claims (Life Insurance/SOAT) and Administrative Law.
  • Consultation with Associates: Sharing the information with our team of specialist lawyers and strategic allies in order to issue legal opinions on the viability of the claims.
  • Service management: Contacting the data subject to schedule appointments, request additional documentation and present proposals for legal services.
